Sandwich Bakar

Bahan:
12 iris roti tawar
12 buah sosis koktail
2 sdm margarin, untuk olesan

Isian:
250 gram tuna dalam kaleng
6 keju lembaran
6 lembar daging sapi asap

Saus:
6 sdm mayones
2 sdm saus tomat
2 sdm susu kental manis
2 sdm saus sambal

Pelengkap: daun selada, tomat, irisan bawang bombay, peterseli, dan kentang goreng.

Cara membuat:
1. Saus: campur mayones dengan saus tomat, susu kental manis, dan saus sambal, aduk rata, sisihkan. Sosis sapi, goreng dengan sedikit margarin. 2. Isi tuna: campur ikan tuna dengan saus mayones, aduk rata.
3. Penyelesaian: ambil dua iris roti, olesi dengan margarin. Tata daun selada, irisan daun bawang, tuna, irisan tomat, keju lembaran, tutup, rapatkan dan panggang hingga mengering.
4. Penyajian: siapkan pinggan, tata sosis, sandwich bakar, kentang goreng. Sajikan hangat.

Easy Crispy Chicken

Ranch-style dressing 1 cup 250 mL

Pepper 1 tsp. 5 mL

Bone-in chicken parts, skin removed, cut 2 lbs. 900 g
into serving size pieces

Cornflake crumbs 2/3 cup 150 mL

Fine dry bread crumbs 1/3 cup 75 mL

Parsley flakes 1 tbsp. 15 mL

Combine dressing and pepper in large bowl. Add chicken. Stir until coated.

Combine remaining 3 ingredients in large resealable freezer bag. Add chicken 2 or 3 pieces at a time. Seal bag. Toss until coated. Arrange in single layer in greased baking sheet with sides. Bake in 375ºF (190ºC) oven for about 35 minutes until chicken is no longer pink inside. Serves 4.
